Interactive Flash / Ajax Developer Full time, salaried Catalyst Studios, a team of interactive and digital specialists, is seeking an interactive developer who has the skills, passion, and unique qualities that will continue raising the level of our interactive team. This is not an entry level position and will be responsible for hands on programming both individually and in teams. A deep understanding of the user experience is required for this position that will work closely with our designers to deliver a very high caliber client side experience on the web. Detail oriented focus is important and you must be able to provide options and be helpful in making decisions around visual and motion trade-offs with designers as projects move through development.
