Catalyst partnered with OPI to create the new Nicole by OPI site. The initial launch includes 36 new lacquers (giving each a personality), a dynamic "globe" for posting volunteer stories, color play (a personality analyzer of sorts) and more. And beyond just being beautiful, engaging and interactive, we also created the ultimate Flash site. Yes I said ULTIMATE. Traditionally when creating a flash site, all tracking, general usablity, etc are thrown out. However, on nicolebyopi.com, you can use the back button on your browser, send specific pages to your friends (ie. my favorite color) and overall treat it like an html site. Which actually makes everyone happy. The users love the site and experience. And our client loves the fact that they can track which color is most popular (or traffic on any other page) without losing interactivity. Stay tuned for more Nicole by OPI stuff coming soon. It was holiday time, and most of us were in the mood for a melody, but what we got was more passion than anything else.
